The Empire, The Vale

During the next weeks Socio trained hard. They ways of shaman came more familiar for her and she still amazed people with her ability to use axes as weapons. When it was time for her to choose wich area of shamanism she'd study, she suprised everyone by choosing the spellcrafting and studying elements instead of wielding the axes of hers.
Soon she got word from the council of The Empire. The trolls were supposed to gather up in Stranglethorn Vale in few days. The great Arena was calling. It was time for Socio to enter to the jungle.
Exited, Socio stepped to the boat in Ratchet. She felt good, wind on the sea felt good, and scent of salty water. Finally she was leaving Kalimdor and Tanaris behind. No need to be afraid because of her old tribe anymore. She knew she'd have to go back to Orgrimmar after the meeting, where she was staying at the moment, but reaching the Vale first time felt like a big step.
Booty Bay, another city of goblins, seemed very odd with it's wooden buildings and smell of fish. The air was different than back in Kalimdor, somehow thicker and hotter. In Tanaris everything was just dry.
At the gates of the city there was young troll wearing a same tabard as her. He carried sharpened daggers and wore heavy looking armor, propably made from raptor leather. The troll hailed him, and they entered to the jungle. Socio had never seen trees and plants like that. They were high and old looking, they made green roof above them. There was sound of animals around them. Socio felt more alive than for ages.
The troll escorted her to arena, where many other trolls were already. For her disappointment the Emperor wasn't present. They turned to look to the newcomer, some had even angry look on their faces. They looked strong and vicious, which made her feel uncomfortable. Their gored weapons and tabards didn't make her feel any more safe. Trolls talked and eyed her, some asked questions.
Suddenly Socio felt pain on her right side. She pulled her hand to the spot and noticed she was bleeding. She looked next to her, and she saw the troll who was escorting her to the arena. He stood there glaring, bloody dagger in his hand. Socio's blood. Socio looked to him confused, and angry. Everyone seemed to stare at those two. Then the councilor present started to speak. Female troll, whose face was covered with the mask. "I wantin' to see if it bleeds, she desert troll" the troll hissed. The councilor laughed "Ofcourse da troll bleeds, recruit". Then another, older councilor came and knocked them both down with his heavy staff. "Hand slippin'.." he mumbled and grinned. Socio fell to the arena floor. Last thing she heard was the councilor yelling "You wantin' to fight?!Then we fight!", after that all trolls started to cheer.
When Socio woke up, there was sound of swords and axes hitting against eachother, spells thrown towards others. Young, bit lost eyed troll has kneeled next to her. Without a word he helped Socio to stand up, slightly smiling. "It will be alrigh' ", the troll said and pressed his hand against Socio's wound, making her skin itch a little. Socio nodded to him and tried to smile back, through her confusin.
The troll who had stabbed her, tried to reach Socio, but she kept on dodging her. Even when he mumbled his apology, Socio kept her distance. She didn't want any more trouble.
Socio travelled back to Orgrimmar exited and confused. She felt weak, because the other trolls seemed to be so experienced and strong. But the feeling only pushed her further. She wanted to be better and stronger. She wanted to be able to fight next to them under the roof of the Vale.
